IT Self Service
Use IT Self Service (login required) to:
- Report an issue to tell us about a problem you are having
- Make a request if there is something you need, such as equipment or access to a system
- See the status of you current Support Requests under My IT Support Requests
In-Person Support
Staff-focussed IT support is provided at the Digital Service Desk on the Ground Floor of the Charles Wilson Building, Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
Student-focussed IT support is provided in the Information Hub on the Ground Floor of the David Wilson Library, during opening hours.
IT Service Desk
You can phone the IT Service Desk on 0116 252 2253, for any problems with your computer, programs or desk phone. If the issue is not urgent, send an email to ithelp@le.ac.uk.
The IT Service desk is open Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm UK time, except bank holidays and some closure days. Staff meetings are held every other Friday from 3.30pm until 4.00pm.
Teaching Room Support
For urgent teaching issues (you are teaching or about to teach) you can phone 0116 252 2919 between 8.00am to 6.00pm
Escalation
If you need to escalate an issue that you have already reported, phone the IT Service Desk on 0116 252 2253. You can ask to speak to the IT Service Desk manager, Ismail Patel.
